1. Complimentary Ring Cleaning - come in as often as you like
2. Complimentary Polishing of your jewelry. Come in once a year and we will polish your gold or platinum ring at no cost to you. White gold rings that need rhodium finishing will be re-rhodium finished once a year for free.
3. Stones settings checked for integrity and adjusted at no charge to you
4. Diamond Replacement warranty- upkeep your ring’s warranty and we will replace any side diamonds that happen to come loose due to normal wear and tear.
a. Lost or stolen rings and damaged or missing center diamonds should be covered with an outside insurance plan. Please contact us and we can walk you through this process.
b. Rings that are abused and don’t come in for routine maintenance are subject to charges for their repairs at a reasonable & fair cost to the customer. Warranty may be void.
c. Item 4 under the warranty covers diamond up to .25 carats.
