CONDITIONS OF USE
Welcome to Simoneandson.com. Simone & Son provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit and shop with Simoneandson.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future Simoneandson.com service or business (example – Your Profile, Rewards program, Financing programs, or Your Wish List) you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements (“Terms”) applicable to such service or business. Free Shipping & Free Returns
We offer free shipping and free returns on all full priced, non-custom items. If for any reason you do not like your item, please reach out to us with your order information and we will send you an insured return label at no charge.
THE SIMON & SON SERVICE PLAN
We don’t like to call our service plan a warranty or guaranty because jewelry does go through normal wear and tear. However we stand behind our product and service it so it stays beautiful through years of wear.
Take advantage of our 3 year warranty and service plan that comes complimentary with every purchase. With the 3 year plan you get complimentary cleaning, inspection, and polishing and in the case of white gold you can have your white gold re-rhodium finished once a year for free. All you have to do is contact us and we will give you an R.A. number all you pay for is the shipping.
We back our craftsmanship! We strive to make excellent jewelry and have exceptionally high standards of quality but accidents to happen. All we ask you to do is to bring or send us your ring every six months for your complimentary inspection and cleaning and we will replace any diamonds that are missing that all less than 0.05 carats. Most diamonds we use (other than the center diamonds) are covered under this warranty. All pieces are subject to review by our manufacturing department and we will cover all missing diamonds as long as the piece is not deemed abused. Pieces that are abused but are still repairable will be repaired for a nominal fee. All fees will be estimated in writing prior to repairs being completed.
Center diamond policy: This is a tricky subject. In most cases it is very difficult to knock a center diamond out of its setting. It is also difficult to break a diamond. It is possible to break or chip a diamond if it sustains a hard enough impact in the right spot or you could potentially damage a ring badly enough that your center diamond could come out. These are very extreme cases and you should take in consideration most jewelry companies that claim they “cover” you for damaged or missing center diamonds also state that they only cover you if the damage is done to normal wear and tear. That could mean that your warranty is probably void if you ever find yourself in this predicament.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit Simoneandson.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by Phone, writing, e-mail or by posting notices on the Simone & Son site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

DIAMONDS THAT ARE EXCHANGED FROM SIMONE & SON’S (BRICK & MORTER STORE) ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% RESTOCKING FEE WHEN TRADED TO A DIAMOND FROM SIMONEANDSON.COM’S DATA BASE OF DIAMONDS. DIAMONDS ON THE SIMONEANDSON.COM DIAMOND SEARCH TOOL ARE SOURCED FROM CUTTERS AROUND THE WORLD AND THE RESTOCKING FEE IS TO COMPENSATE FOR ANY DISCREPENCY IN PRICING BETWEEN SIMONE & SON AND SIMONEANDSON.COM. DIAMOND TRADE-INS FROM SIMONEANDSON.COM AND SIMONE & SON ARE EXCEMPT FROM THE RESTOCKING FEE IF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE NEW DIAMOND IS DOUBLE THE PURCHASE PRICE OF DIAMOND BEING TRADED IN.
